Greetings, PassMeFast readers! Here we are again, almost at the end of another month. Halloween is upon us, which means we’re that much closer to Christmas! With that, however, comes the arrival of colder weather. It’s understandable that many of us may wish to bolt the doors and hibernate until summer. However, one group was more than happy to get out and about (albeit in a car). Who were this plucky bunch? None other than this month’s happy new drivers, of course!
In this article, we’ll tell their stories, as well as sharing what they had to say about their PassMeFast experience. So, if you’re in need of some driving inspiration, our customer reviews from October will be sure to give you the push that you need!
1. Giving you the reassurance you need
It goes without saying that learning to drive is an investment worth making. After all, the skills you gain during your lessons will stay with you for life. However, with the process proving so costly, you need to ensure that you’re getting your money’s worth. Luckily, when you book on with PassMeFast, you’ll get much more than just lessons. You’ll also get top-notch customer service throughout your driving journey.
Every one of our learners has their own dedicated CX Adviser, who will offer support every step of the way. So, whether you have a question, encounter a problem, or just need to check when your test date is, they’ll be close at hand. Kim was over the moon at how well our team handled her course. They helped put her at ease and find her tests ahead of the usual waiting times. And what do you know? She passed with flying colours!
“I had a fabulous experience with PassMeFast. As someone who was nervous about driving, from the moment I made the phone call I was reassured and was matched with an instructor who was absolutely fantastic, totally calm, and exactly who I needed to learn with. PassMeFast were very conscientious, with the same two advisers from start to finish checking in with me to make sure everything was going well with my instructor, wishing me good luck before my tests, and even ringing up to congratulate me after passing my practical. They also found me test dates which were well ahead of the usual waiting time. I would thoroughly recommend this company and it was worth every penny.”
If, like Kim, you want a driving school that puts you first, look no further than PassMeFast. To see what we have to offer, head over to our course prices page. Alternatively, you can read complete descriptions of each package in our driving courses rundown.
2. Specialising in tight deadlines
While some learner drivers are lucky enough to have time on their side, others aren’t as lucky. There are plenty of reasons why you may need to pass in a short timeframe, from a job offer to an expiring theory test pass certificate. To make matters worse, most learners end up waiting months to take their practical test. So, finishing all your lessons and passing your test in two weeks should be impossible, right? Well, maybe for some driving schools—but not for us.
You see, we know a thing or two about helping learners pass fast. (It’s in our name, after all!) To start with, our fast-tracking team will find that all-important early test date. Then, we’ll match you with one of our DVSA-approved instructors. Together, you’ll be able to create a lesson plan that works for you—even on a busy schedule. All of this was great news for Naomi. With only two weeks left on her provisional licence, time was tight. Fortunately, we found her an ideal test date, before she started lessons with our instructor Fateh. After our 10 hour course, Naomi passed with only 3 minors!
“My initial worries about booking with PassMeFast (would I be able to get a test booked and an instructor with flexible lesson times before my provisional ran out in two weeks?) were unfounded. I was allocated an excellent instructor, Fateh, who gave me lessons in the test centre area. This really paid off as I was very familiar with the area and by the time I did the test. Fateh gave me the confidence to pass first time with just 3 minors—a good thing, as I would have had to reapply for my provisional if I hadn’t.
I also have to thank Joe who coordinated the whole thing and managed to fit it into the tight timeframe. He kept in constant contact checking that things were going well and even called to congratulate me on passing.
My experience was overwhelmingly positive and I have already recommended PassMeFast to my brother.”
3. Making driving an enjoyable experience
The freedom of the open road doesn’t come easy. Before you get your licence, you’ll need to put in plenty of hard work, tackling everything from clutch control to multi-lane roundabouts. With this in mind, it’s little wonder that many drivers are glad they’ll never have to take another lesson. However, learning to drive doesn’t necessarily have to be something to dread. In fact, if you choose the right driving school, it can even be (gasp!) fun.
We’re happy to report that that was certainly the case for PassMeFast learner Izzy. She was impressed by the service provided by her CX Adviser, Lorraine, who did a cracking job in handling the admin side of things. When it came to the lessons, she took to the roads of West Yorkshire together with top instructor Andrew. They got on like a house on fire, and her lessons flew by. Before she knew it, it was time for her test—which, of course, she passed! Here’s what she had to say:
“Today passed my practical driving test for the first time after just a month from my first lesson. The whole experience with PassMeFast has been great. I didn’t have to worry about arranging my theory or practical tests; Lorraine (CX Adviser) was on top of anything I needed. The instructor who has been assigned to me, Andrew, was great: polite, patient, always on time and great support all the way. We had some good laughs – his sense of humour has made the lessons even more enjoyable. In one: great service and well selected, knowledgeable instructors. I would recommend PMF to anyone who would like to pass fast! Thank you team!”
4. Getting you the perfect test date
If you’re not entirely familiar with the process of booking a driving test, then we’d forgive you for assuming it’s a speedy process. Unfortunately, thanks to high demand and a shortage of driving examiners, it can actually be a pretty lengthy ordeal. In fact, most learners are looking at waiting times of weeks or even months. On the face of it, your prospects of getting your licence quickly may seem dim.
If you’re booking in with PassMeFast, however, that couldn’t be further from the truth. That’s because our fast-tracking department is skilled at finding early test dates that meet your needs. Once we’ve secured your ideal test, we’ll match you with an instructor to ensure you’re up to test standard in time. This worked a treat for our learner Matthew, who needed to pass fast. With instructor Debbie, he managed to complete his 10 hour course in 5 days and passed first time!
“They delivered what they promised. I had a tight timeframe which was no problem, the adviser kept in regular email contact, and they allocated me a fantastic instructor (Debbie, who does manual and automatic courses). Nothing was too much trouble for Debbie, she fitted in my 10 hour course in 5 days and had me at ease and confident heading into my test, which I passed 1st time!”
If you’re looking for that perfect, yet elusive, test date, why not hand the reins to someone else? PassMeFast can help reduce waiting times, sort out all of the admin and get you the test date you need. All you’ve got to do is book a fast-track practical test online or over the phone on 0333 123 4949.
5. Matching you with the right instructor
One of the most crucial parts of learning to drive is choosing the right instructor. Naturally, they have to be DVSA-approved. These instructors know exactly what the test entails and have been carefully trained and vetted by the DVSA to ensure they’re up to the task of teaching learner drivers. Next, you need to be sure your instructor isn’t just teaching you to ace the test. Whilst it is, of course, important that you pass, it’s also vital that you are taught the skills needed to be a safe driver on the road.
Not sure how you’d even go about finding this perfect instructor? PassMeFast has an entire fleet of them! Our instructors all have the DVSA’s official seal of approval, and know what it takes to help total beginners become confident drivers in no time at all. They don’t just help you fly through the practical—they give you important life skills that will ensure you stay safe. Though Karina was nervous when first starting her lessons, her PassMeFast instructor Darren soon gave her the confidence she needed. Not only did he help her pass, he also helped her become a great driver.
“When I started the course I was really nervous. Darren helped me to build my confidence little by little. Every time I did a mistake he clarified what I did wrong and how to solve it without making me feel tense or overwhelmed. Thanks Darren for all your patience, for adapting to my complicated schedules and teaching me that is not only about obtaining the certificate but becoming a good driver. Definitely recommend him! Thanks PassMeFast”
