Greetings PassMeFast readers! Bonfire Night has passed and November is almost at a close. With less than a month to go until Christmas, PassMeFast HQ is starting to get into the festive spirit. It’s not just the anticipation of mince pies and decking our halls that has us smiling, though. Yep, it’s that time of the month again. We’re here to put the spotlight on some of our top students!

We’re going to share with you our top 5 customer reviews from November. So, if you’re interested in treating yourself—or someone else—to a driving course next year, these reviews might just be the inspo you need!

1. Forget one hour lessons

Not every learner driver is cut out for one hour lessons every week. For some, an hour simply isn’t long enough to truly get to grips with certain driving skills and build up muscle memory quickly. Patsy knew right from the start that she’d benefit from a more intensive approach to her driving. That’s why she decided to come to PassMeFast.

She booked a 25 hour manual course and learned to navigate the roads around the Stockport area with instructor Wayne. Patsy even managed to tackle those pesky driving test manoeuvres in time for her practical at Bredbury test centre. It seemed to have worked a charm—Patsy passed on her first attempt! This is what she had to say about her entire experience with PassMeFast:

“I knew one hour lessons a week weren’t for me and I needed to find an intensive course. I had a look at quite a few companies and PassMeFast appealed to me the most. My instructor was great, honest and was patient with me, and I was able to build up my confidence. I have recommended this company to my friends.”

2. Make driving an enjoyable experience

Though Macclesfield-based learner Emma already had bags of experience under her belt, she needed an extra push with a DVSA-approved instructor to get test-ready. Despite needing to pass the the theory test—which always needs to be sorted out before it’s possible to book a practical—PassMeFast was able to help her cross the finish line without breaking a sweat.

Once Emma was sure she’d swotted up enough for the theory test, she headed out to Stoke-on-Trent theory test centre—where she passed with flying colours! Her next step was to fit in her 15 hour manual course with instructor Simon and get to grips with the routes around Macclesfield test centre. And what do you know? Emma passed first time, much to her delight:

“Absolutely amazing place. My instructor was so friendly and really professional but made it enjoyable. I would 100% recommend PassMeFast and Simon my instructor. What an amazing instructor.”

3. Figure out exactly what you need

When learner drivers return to driving lessons after a break, it can often be difficult to figure out exactly how many hours are needed to get test-ready. PassMeFast is well aware of this struggle, which is why we offer course assessments to learners. Over the course of an hour, one of our instructors will assess your driving ability and carefully gauge how many hours you’ll need to get up to test standard.

After taking a course assessment with instructor Colin in ManchesterCaitlan was told she needed our 10 hour manual course. During her lessons, Caitlan focused on her main problem areas: oncoming traffic and manoeuvres. Once her course was complete, she was raring to tackle the practical at Bury test centre. Looks like Colin’s recommendation was spot on—Caitlan is now a fully qualified driver!

“I would just like to say that Colin my driving instructor was great. He really calmed me down and gave easy instructions. Harriet from customer service was really helpful and positive. I struggled to get the time off work at first but we managed to get it sorted out and I passed today. Overall a really good service and I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!”

4. Meet any deadline

Passing the theory test can be a struggle for some learners. Contrary to popular theory test myths, you actually need to revise for it. Once you’ve passed it, however, you don’t have to think about it ever again—right? Wrong! Theory test pass certificates expire after two years. So, if you don’t pass your driving test before then, you’ll have to retake your theory! Sammy learned this the hard way—finding out he had less than a month to tackle the driving test. Fortunately, he came to the right place.

We sorted him out with our 10 hour refresher course with instructor Carlos in the Hackney area. With Sammy’s deadline approaching, they quickly got to work—ironing out his bad habits and making sure he was fully prepared for his practical at Tottenham test centre. It looks like their hard work paid off. Sammy passed first time! Here’s his summary of his journey with PassMeFast:

“I needed to pass my test quickly because my theory test was going to expire in one month’s time. I’d previously had quite a few lessons but did not really learn manoeuvres and did not know what was in the test. I signed up for a 10 hour refresher course with PassMeFast.

The instructor I was assigned was Carlos in Hackney and he was punctual, friendly and a fantastic teacher. On the day of the test, I felt confident and prepared. I passed the practical test on my first attempt.

All the staff/communication from PassMeFast was great as well. I would recommend.”

5. Perfect if you’re in a hurry

If you’re desperate to get your hands on a full driving licence and head out on your first road trip, the last thing you want is to wait months for a practical test. Unfortunately, DVSA-waiting times can test even the most patient of learners. Unless, of course, you’re like Katie and you get PassMeFast to fast-track your test for you!

Not keen on dragging out her learning, Dudley-based Katie opted for an intensive approach to her 15 hour automatic course. Working with instructor Mazia, Katie familiarised herself with road features around Dudley test centre and worked on perfecting her manoeuvres. It clearly worked—Katie is now a fully qualified driver! Here’s what she had to say about PassMeFast:

“I passed my test first time after 15 hours of lessons. I would highly recommend PassMeFast for people who are in a hurry to pass their test. All admin was taken care of for me and the staff made sure I was happy with the service. Harriet my CX Adviser and Mazia my instructor were brilliant and made me feel at ease.”
