Greetings, PassMeFast readers! It’s been a turbulent few months, so we’ve not had much of a chance to properly look at our favourite customer reviews. PassMeFast has been keeping itself strong, however, by helping key workers across the UK get their hands on a full driving licence. Now that we’re back, we’ve got a ton of inspiring pass stories to share!

1. Staying in touch
Any driving school worth its salt keeps its learners informed every step of the way. That’s why PassMeFast ensures that everyone who books a course has their own CX Adviser. It’s their job to take care of booking tests (keeping your requirements in mind), match you with a DVSA-approved instructor, answer queries and provide regular updates. This is one of the many reasons why Erin was so pleased with her PassMeFast course!
Erin chose our 20 hour manual course in Hampshire, with CX Adviser Elliot assigned to look after the admin side of things. She worked with local instructor Shaun to work on roundabouts, manoeuvres and country roads. They also spent some time helping Erin get used to using a sat nav. As a key worker, we were able to book Erin an emergency practical test at Portsmouth test centre. Her PassMeFast course must have done the trick—Erin passed first time with only 3 minors! 2. Helping you cross the finish line

In the last few months, we’ve been helping key workers across the UK pass their test so that they don’t have to rely on public transport. That’s exactly what Ann was on the lookout for.
Although she already had plenty of experience prior to lockdown, Ann knew she needed to work on driving test manoeuvres, junctions and hill starts. So, she picked out PassMeFast’s 10 hour refresher course. We paired her with our instructor Colin, who helped Ann work on her weaker areas on the roads around Greater Manchester. In absolutely no time at all, Ann finished her course and was ready to take her emergency practical test at Chadderton test centre. And what do you know? She managed to pass her test first time!

Driving instructors are the beating heart of any driving school. Without them, learners wouldn’t be able to build up the skills needed to pass the test and become safe drivers. That’s why PassMeFast has taken the time to steadily build up its fleet of DVSA-approved instructors, using only the best of the best for its learners. Despite dealing with an ongoing pandemic, PassMeFast’s instructors have been there every step of the way to help key workers get their full driving licence. Key worker Antony is one of them.
With heaps of experience under his belt before lockdown came into effect, Antony knew he only needed our shortest refresher course to get test-ready. He booked himself onto our 5 hour manual course and was quickly assigned our instructor David. Together, they spent time on the roads in Essex, ironing out any bad habits and focusing on the art of parking. In the blink of an eye, Antony flew through his emergency test at Basildon test centre and passed first time! Now he’s able to enjoy the convenience of being able to drive to and from work. We booked her onto our 5 hour automatic course and sorted her out with CX Adviser, Matthew. After going through her requirements, Matthew matched Tammy up with instructor Julia in Essex. Together, they worked on the manoeuvres and building up Tammy’s confidence. Once her hours were up, Tammy headed to Colchester test centre for her emergency test. She clearly chose the right driving school—she passed first time with only 3 minors! This is what she had to say about her experience:

5. Fast and reliable communication
It’s no secret that the key to any successful partnership is communication. This is definitely the case when it comes to the relationship between a driving school and its learners—and never more so than right now. With the COVID-19 situation developing by the hour, keeping our students abreast with all the latest developments has been crucial. That’s something that proved really valuable to key worker Chan.
The moment Chan booked onto our 15 hour manual course, she was matched up with our CX Adviser Harriet, who walked her through the entire process. After taking her lesson requirements and test date preferences into consideration, Harriet sorted out Chan with local instructor Paul in no time at all. Chan spent her lessons in South Yorkshire building up her confidence with manoeuvres and the often-dreaded roundabouts. Once her hours were up, Chan took her emergency practical test at Doncaster test centre and passed first time! Here’s what she had to say about her experience with us:
