Rapid Transformations, a Race to Make a Flight and a Wave of First Time Passes—It’s Our Top 5 Pass Photos From August!

Chuck your shorts in the wash, shove the sun cream to the back of the cupboard and scoff the last of the ice pops, because summer is coming to an end. Was it ever really here? That’s a debate for another day, but judging by some of the dodgy tan lines on show in the PassMeFast office, it must have paid at least a flying visit!

Yes, as if we didn’t already know, the steady stream of uniform and stationery adverts (plus that impending sense of doom) are a constant reminder that we now have one foot firmly in ‘back to school’ season. Yippee. Here at PassMeFast, the only school we’re interested in is the one that teaches learner drivers how to master the road and earn a licence. And that’s basically us!

Wanna know how successful we are? Cast your eyes over our splendid selection of top pass photos from the month of August. While the rest of us were catching the last of the sun’s rays, these guys were working hard to master the manoeuvres, conquer clutch control and triumph in the test. Check out how they navigated the road to success below!

0 to 100 (real quick)

We love it when we can get our hands on a complete newbie to driving! It’s a great way of seeing just how effective the PassMeFast approach can be…

David rocked up with zero experience behind the wheel, looking for a 48 hour course with the theory and a fast-tracked practical test added on. Once our booking agents had set everything up, all that was left for us to do was sit back and watch the magic happen!

David worked with instructor Shibu in Derbyshire  to master the ropes and soon found himself heading to the test centre. Check out what happened next:

David managed to pass his test FIRST time and only picked up 3 minors. Not too shabby, eh?! Here’s how he summed up his PassMeFast package:

“A very good experience. Flexible scheduling and very competent instructor. Felt confident heading into my practical driving test.”

And you look confident holding that pass certificate! Well done David!

Flying high

Next up, we head to North Yorkshire to meet the lovely Jessica. She’d already had some lessons in the past, but really wanted enough time to focus on perfecting the manoeuvres. Taking her needs into account, we recommended the 25 hour course!

There was just one other tiny thing. You see, Jessica had a plane ticket to New Zealand booked for the beginning of September, so we needed to find her a practical test date that left her enough time to complete the course without infringing on her travel plans.

Was PassMeFast up to the challenge? Of course we were—our fast-track system rarely lets us down! Perfect test date in the bag, it was up to Jessica and her instructor Malcolm to ensure she was ready in time…

And she smashed it! Matching the achievement of our mate Dave up there, Jessica passed first time with only 3 minors. Now she has a full driving licence and plenty of time to pack. Phew! Well done Jessica and enjoy your travels.

5 days to fabulous driver

Time for a visit to the capital now, as we get a glimpse into Bashir’s driving journey. He signed up for both tests and our 30 hour course with instructor Erika in London.

Now, Bashir’s a busy man, so he needed the tests and course to fit around his travelling schedule. Luckily, that’s something we’re happy to accommodate! We found a test appointment that matched his calendar and Bashir was soon on his way to earning that licence. In fact, here he is with his certificate:

Yep, another first time pass! Let’s see what the man himself had to say about his PassMeFast experience:

“Great service. The person I dealt with was extremely professional, helpful and followed up at every stage of the process. I did the 5 day intensive course and passed.”

Done and dusted in less than a week! Impressive stuff Bashir—enjoy hitting the road!

Skip the gears to smash your goals!

If you find clutch control a drag and changing gear seems like an unnecessary faff, it doesn’t mean you have to give up on your driving dreams—just take your lessons in an automatic car! That’s what the subject of our next top pass photo did and it worked a treat.

Keeley booked a 30 hour automatic course to be taken in the West Midlands. Working with her instructor Richard, she polished up on the basics and got to work learning the more advanced aspects of driving. Soon enough she was test-standard and raring to go!

No surprise—Keeley passed on the first attempt. Nice going! She might be looking rather modest (or maybe she just spotted a cute dog) but Keeley’s achievement is nothing to be sniffed at (unless it’s by said dog, in which case we’ll allow it).

Enjoy life as a qualified driver Keeley!

You want it, we’ll get it

Last but by no means least we have Tom. He had already mastered the basics of driving, so went for PassMeFast’s 15 hour refresher course. We set him up with instructor Noel in Manchester and the two of them got to work making sure Tom was more than ready to triumph on the big day. And whaddayaknow!

Tom breezed through his test—earning that licence on the first go! Here’s what he had to say afterwards:

“Driving instructor was great and really experienced. The service organised a test when I wanted it.”

Tick and tick! Thanks for the kind words, Tom, and enjoy the freedom of the open road!
