Sat Nav Success, Getting Back On That Horse And The Return Of The Selfie King—It’s Our Top 5 Pass Photos From March!

March top pass photos collage

Hear that? That’s the sound of scarves being cast off, sunglasses being donned and birds chirping because spring is finally here! The PassMeFast team could not be happier about it. Along with bright early mornings and a bit of extra pep in your step, this season provides the motivation to get your life in order and have a bit of a tidy up. So, make like Marie Kondo and have a good spring clean!

It doesn’t have to involve the purging of your childhood toys and one too many black bin bags, either. Maybe start with the life stuff instead—that provisional licence no longer sparking joy? Turn it into a nice new pink one!

PassMeFast can certainly help with that. All you need is a sprinkling of inspiration and a dollop of motivation. No, we don’t have Julie Andrews in the wings waiting to serenade you, but we do have our top 5 pass photos from March!

Feast your eyes on these freshly qualified drivers and let their pass stories give you the boost you need to kickstart (or complete) your own driving journey. Here we go!

Navigation stations

For those of us cool enough to care (hi!), the driving test changes introduced in December 2017 were a pretty big deal. New manoeuvres were introduced, the independent driving section increased in length and sat navs now came in to play.

For some people, the idea of having to drive following the instructions of a sat nav added a whole new skill to the list of things they needed to learn before being test ready. Theresa was one of those people.

She was a fairly confident driver, but needed enough time to feel comfortable trusting a computer to tell her where to go. Fairly understandable, if you ask us. Given all of these details, it was decided that our 15 hour automatic course was all she needed.

Wonder how it went?

Pretty well, actually! Theresa’s hard work paid off and she managed to pass her test first time! Here’s a little of what she had to say after qualifying:

“It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to pass. Quick and easy.”

Thanks for the kind words Theresa—enjoy the open road!

The comeback kid

Sometimes people start taking lessons, but then life gets in the way and they have to put their driving dreams on hold. No need to beat yourself up—it happens to the best of us and, even though we don’t like to admit it, some things in life are more important than driving. Not many things, though. If you do get the opportunity to get back on that horse, we recommend doing so as soon as possible.

What’s great about PassMeFast courses is that they come in all different shapes and sizes. We cater to those with no driving experience, lots of driving experience, and every scenario in between! That’s why Jonny came to us when he needed a course to get him back on track. He had some experience behind the wheel, but that was all the way back in 2017.

He figured our 30 hour course was long enough to refresh his existing skills and teach him new ones, without having to start completely from scratch. And he was right!

It was a first time pass for Jonny and a big well done from us!

See: no matter how long you’ve left it, there’s always time to get back behind the wheel and become a pro. You just have to believe in yourself!

Monday madness

We pride ourselves on being able to fit lessons around our learners’ schedules and book tests as soon as possible. Sometimes, though, the DVSA does not make our lives easy!

Hayley came to PassMeFast for a speedy 10 hour refresher course to give her the final skills needed to get her a full licence. Just as she was feeling ready for the final stage, the DVSA swooped in like a dark cloud and cancelled her test. We hate it when that happens.

Not to be dismayed, Hayley was set on the idea that she would take her test the following Monday. After lots of organising behind the scenes, our fast-track system pulled through and found her a slot on her ideal day. After that it was time for an intensive weekend of lessons with one of our top instructors and a trip to the test centre. Let’s see how it went…

Look at that—Hayley knew she could do it and, whaddayaknow, she did! We just love a learner who shows grit and determination. Great job Hayley!

Success deserves a selfie

Even though we like to boast about a lot of our learners who do, not everyone is lucky enough to pass their test first time. In fact, if you know anything about pass rates, you’ll be aware that it’s not all that common. As long as you don’t let a fail put you off driving altogether, it’s really not that big of a deal.

Sometimes it’s a case of brushing up on your skills and booking a new test, other times you might want to explore learning with a different driving company (ahem, like PassMeFast).

Fraser had failed his test a couple of times, but then he came PassMeFast and this happened:

He got a pass certificate and a picture with the selfie king himself, Shamsher. Savvy move Fraser! Here’s what he had to say:

“After failing twice I booked lessons with PassMeFast. My instructor Shamsher helped me get my technique on track as well as supporting me through the stressful time before the test. I could not recommend him more highly.”

A great instructor really is the key to earning that licence. Luckily, PassMeFast has quite a few. Congratulations to Fraser and Shamsher!

Spring in her step

Rounding off our group of accomplished learners this month is Deeanna. Her pass story is short and sweet—just like a lot of our courses!

Deeanna had already reached the halfway point of her driving journey by the time she came to PassMeFast, so booked herself a 25 hour course. Manoeuvres mastered, observations clocked and hours completed, she was ready for the final hurdle—the practical test.

And she aced it! Becoming a qualified driver is a great opportunity for a cheesy grin and Deeanna really delivered. Amazing job—good luck with your driving future, Deeanna!

And that does it for our top pass photos this month! Always leave them wanting more, and all that. If that’s not good enough for you, though, we’ve also got our top customer reviews in March, as well as our March 2019 news roundup.

Have our incredible learners inspired you to get behind the wheel and start working towards that licence? PassMeFast can make the process a whole lot easier. Give our team a call on 0333 123 4949 and they can organise all of your tests, hook you up with a great instuctor and provide any advice you need along the way!

Or, if you’re not quite ready to dive in, you could take the small step of working out how many hours of lessons you need. Just answer some simple questions and our course recommender will do the rest.

What ever you decide, good luck and happy driving!
