A big hello from PassMeFast HQ! It’s time for us to talk about… well, ourselves! Yep, we’ve reached that point in the month again: time to Meet a CX Adviser! If you’re new to the series, you may be wondering: what exactly is a CX Adviser? Well, this helpful team of superstars work hard to ensure our courses go ahead without a hitch. Whether they’re fast-tracking tests or answering queries, they’re at the heart of everything we do here at PassMeFast.
So, which of the team are we meeting today? It’s none other than Sam! Sam’s been here at PassMeFast since the summer of 2019, and has overseen hundreds of learners’ driving journeys. It’s high time that we got to know him better, then—so here he is in his own words!
