It’s a new year here at the PassMeFast Blog, but today marks the return of an old favourite. Yes, our Meet a CX Adviser series is making its triumphant return! In this set of articles, we profile the people who make PassMeFast courses happen.
In this month’s article, we’ll be meeting Harriet. A member of our Customer Experience team since summer 2019, she’s already helped hundreds of students on their driving journey. Let’s meet the woman herself!
Do you have a driving licence? Yes.
At what age did you pass your test? 18.
How many times did it take you to pass? Two.
What was your first car? I’ve never had one, but I used to borrow my mum’s Suzuki Alto!
What’s your dream car? Anything, as long as it’s safe and gets me where I want to be!
What do you do to relax? Listen to music or watch a good series (and probably end up falling asleep).
What are your hobbies and interests? Going to the gym, listening to music and going to festivals! And partying with my friends. Very occasionally I will go to the odd Port Vale football match.
Harriet at PassMeFast
When did you join PassMeFast? June 2019.
What made you decide to join PassMeFast? I wanted to be part of the experience and help students to pass their test.
What’s your favourite thing about being a CX Adviser? I love calling students up and congratulating them when they pass their test. You can hear the happiness over the phone!
What’s the funniest thing that’s happened since you started working at PassMeFast? A student called up with a surname Cooke and middle name Luke. When confirming this on the phone the whole office and the student’s mum on the phone burst into laughter due to my horrendous Stoke-on-Trent accent!
What’s your favourite pass story? When a student finally passed her test in December after 5 attempts. I had to go into the toilet and cry after speaking with her mum on the phone as she was so happy!
What’s the most common problem learners come to you with? NERVES. It’s something that can get better with practice, though!
What’s the best piece of advice you’d give to new drivers? Don’t get stressed or worried about driving. Pretty much everyone has been in your shoes at some point and got through it!
