Meet a CX Adviser: Elliot

We’ve reached one of our favourite points of the month! Yes, it’s time for us to take a trip to the PassMeFast office to get to know another team member! So, who’s up in this month’s edition of our Meet a CX Adviser series?

As it so happens, it’s Elliot! Since joining PassMeFast in early 2020, he’s been helping students through their journey to passing. We asked him a few questions about himself and his role at PassMeFast—let’s find out what he said!

About Elliot

Age: 25

Do you have a driving licence? Not yet!

What’s your dream car? A Bugatti Veyron!

What do you to to relax? Listen to calming music or sit in silence in the garden in the sun.

What are your hobbies and interests? I love astronomy and music mostly more than anything. We can’t be the only things alive in the universe, can we?

Elliot at PassMeFast

How long have you been a CX Adviser? Since January 2020.

What made you decide to join PassMeFast? After reading the reviews and seeing how popular PassMeFast is, I had an idea that it would be a good place to work with fun people. I wasn’t wrong!

What’s your favourite thing about being a CX Adviser? Helping people and being surrounded by a friendly and funny team—including Zephyr, our cat!

What’s your favourite pass story? I had a girl called Phoebe who was really friendly and lovely to speak to throughout her course. I managed to set her up with one of my favourite driving instructors and she passed first time.

What’s the most common problem learners come to you with? Learning to listen and adapt to the driving instructor’s ways of teaching.

What’s the best piece of advice you’d give to new drivers? Listen to your driving instructor—they are there to help you pass your test and help you become a safe driver once you’ve passed. It’s no use trying to persuade a driving instructor to let you continue committing bad habits!
