In this article, we’ll be meeting our long-serving Cx Adviser Alex, who’s been on the team since early 2018. Do you have a driving licence? Yes.
At what age did you pass your test? 18.
How many times did it take you to pass? Two.
What car do you have now? I take the bus!
What’s your dream car? Aston Martin DB5.
What do you to to relax? Read, socialise with friends, and play the guitar.
What are your hobbies and interests? Music, travel and winding the other CX Advisers up!

What’s your favourite thing about being a CX Adviser? Getting people from A to B!
What’s the funniest thing that’s happened since you started working at PassMeFast? My entry to the office bake-off—it was horrendous!
What’s your favourite pass stories? My favourites are when the student has been under heavy pressure or time constraints and then gone on and aced it.
What’s the most common problem learners come to you with? Nerves!
What’s the best piece of advice you’d give to new drivers? Take your time, and don’t be afraid to ask if you’re unsure!
