Meet a CX Adviser: Alex

Here at the PassMeFast Blog, we take a little time out every month to introduce a member of our Customer Experience team. Based in our MediaCityUK head office, this is the team that matches up each student to their perfect local instructor, secures fast-track practical tests, and keeps things running smoothly. In this article, we’ll be meeting our long-serving Cx Adviser Alex, who’s been on the team since early 2018. Read on to learn more about him and to see what he had to say about his time at PassMeFast!
