Meet a CX Adviser is back for yet another edition! Yep, with our team growing all the time, there are plenty more team members yet to introduce themselves on the PassMeFast Blog.

In the hot seat this time is Abigail, who’s been a member of our Customer Experience team since the summer of 2020, and who has been assisting our southern learners ever since. What does she think of PassMeFast?

What’s your dream car? One that moves!

What do you do to relax? Watching Netflix with a brew.

What made you decide to join PassMeFast? I was looking to move to Manchester, and PassMeFast looked like a fun place to work.

What’s your favourite thing about being a CX Adviser? The team.

What’s the funniest thing that’s happened since you started working at PassMeFast? Can’t think of just one—every day is usually a laugh!

What’s the most common problem learners come to you with? Lack of confidence.

What’s the best piece of advice you’d give to new drivers? Take your time and don’t panic!
