PassMeFast wouldn’t be where it is today if not for its team of experienced, hardworking booking agents. Day in and day out, they book theory and practical tests, sort out driving courses and match students with ADIs—not to mention staying in touch with each student every step of the way. With their help, hundreds of learner drivers ditch the L plates each year in the UK. To celebrate the hard work of our great bookings team, we’re helping you get to know them a little better through our Meet a Booking Agent series.

Natalie at PassMeFast
When did you join PassMeFast? 8 months ago.
What made you decide to join PassMeFast? I had been working in retail for 16 years and needed a new challenge.
What’s your favourite thing about being a Booking Agent? Helping students through their course and having happy students.
What’s the funniest thing that’s happened since you started working at PassMeFast? There are too many funny office moments to list—although Zephyr, the office cat, is responsible for a lot of them!
What’s your favourite pass story? I had a student that hadn’t got to the best start with her first instructor. With only a week to her test I was able to find her a new instructor and get her to the test that was booked for her. In the week leading up to the test, the student had many personal problems which could have affected her test, but she was able to overcome all these and pass her test with only 4 minors. I was so pleased for her!
What’s the most common problem learners come to you with? Not being able to pass their theory test. My advice is to practise, practise, practise. There are some great things out there to help. Try the DVSA app (iOS or Android), have a look on YouTube and watch some of the hazard perception videos, and when you are a passenger in a car, watch everything!!
What’s the best piece of advice you’d give to new drivers? Take your time! It’s not a race. Listen to what your instructor tells you.
