Last month we were a tad pessimistic about how long this lovely sunshine would last—how wrong were we?! With the sun still shining, spirits are high over here at PassMeFast HQ. Yep, we’ve got a spring in our step (plus a slightly sunburnt nose) and another batch of pass photos to peruse.
We’ve met some amazing people this month, all with different driving journeys and great stories to tell. To allow you some more time in the sun, we’ve narrowed it down so you can count them all on one hand. Trust us when we say it wasn’t easy. So, without further ado, let’s run through our top 5 pass photos from May!
Keeping the nerves at bay
Becky’s pass story is an inspiration to anyone who struggles with nerves when it comes to driving. This is a really common problem, with the intensity of the nerves varying quite significantly from person to person. As you may have learnt from our article on learning to drive with anxiety, having an understanding and supportive instructor can make all the difference in these situations. Becky certainly found this to be true:
“Alena has been amazing. She taught me how to get back control over my anxiety whilst driving so I was actually able to relax and enjoy it more.”
This month Becky not only overcame her nerves, but she passed with a very impressive 2 minors. Great stuff—congratulations Becky!
At PassMeFast we aim to provide a driving course that fits around your schedule and is as intensive as you wish it to be. Stefan needed us to work around his job which required him to travel, but still wanted to complete his 10 hour course in a short space of time.
So, what was the verdict? We’ll hand it over to Stefan:
“Passed first time with 4 minors. From Googling to passing the test was around 2.5 weeks. Perfect, couldn’t recommend the process more!”
That’s what we like to hear! Well done Stefan!
From zero to driving hero
We love it when an instructor gets in on the pass photo action! Student favourite Shamsher is famous for his selfie skills, but he’s also a top quality driving instructor.
Here he is with Chris, who went from complete newbie to qualified driver after 40 hours in the car with Shamsher. Yep, he passed first time and only picked up 4 minors—no wonder he’s beaming! Congrats Chris!
Gap year goals
Aside from travelling, your gap year is a great time to check off a lot of boxes and get everything in order before heading to uni or a new job. Reanne decided it was time to check the box for qualified driver. Wanting to get it sorted as quickly as possible, she contacted PassMeFast. Here’s how she got on:
“PassMeFast found me a driving instructor and a test date the day after I applied! Riaz is a brilliant instructor, he really helped build my confidence on the road. The lessons were thorough and he made sure we covered absolutely everything so I felt super ready for the test!”
And she didn’t just feel ready for the test, she was ready for the test. Last week we received this exciting news:
“Passed first time in 9 days!!!!”
Gotta love that enthusiasm! And we don’t blame her—that’s a 35 hour manual course and practical test all done and dusted in just over a week. Wow! Congratulations Reanne!
Another addition to the zero minors club
There’s no better way to finish things off than with celebrating another PassMeFast student entering the zero minors club. Meet Steven—he wanted a general refresher on everything and a chance to put a bit of extra work in on the manoeuvres.
Here he is with his very impressive clean sheet of a pass certificate! After sailing through the theory test, a 15 hour course with a PassMeFast instructor was all he needed to get out on the road as a qualified driver. Well done Steven—enjoy that open road!
Phew, what a great bunch! And, of course, congratulations to everyone who passed their driving test this month. We couldn’t be more proud and we love nothing more than flicking through our album of newly qualified PassMeFast drivers every day.
